Sr Advisor Recruiting Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Advisor Recruiting Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on attracting and engaging experienced financial advisors and advisor teams for a growing wealth management organization. You will build qualified pipelines, develop trusted relationships with prospective candidates, and help shape a recruitment approach that supports business growth in a competitive market. The position partners closely with leadership and marketing to deliver a smooth candidate experience, strong vetting, and data-informed recruiting results.
