Sr Advanced Quality Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage advanced quality engineering initiatives to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and implement robust quality control processes and procedures based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Analyze complex quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 10 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
- Expertise in statistical analysis tools and techniques, including Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Proficiency with quality management systems and data analytics to drive continuous improvement
Skills
- Advanced degrees such as a Master’s in Engineering or related technical fields
- Experience with Six Sigma Black Belt or other quality certifications like Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop quality teams
- Proficiency in change management and project management methodologies
- Able to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and drive innovation in quality processes
