Sr Advanced Quality Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive advanced quality engineering initiatives to improve product quality and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or advanced quality roles within manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong expertise in quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and quality management systems to drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions effectively.
