Sr Advanced Model Based Systems Engineer
Responsibilities
- Participate in Aerospace MBSE Workstream to architect, implement and maintain standard MBSE reference models and style guides in Cameo, including custom Meta Models and Stereotypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in A&TS to adopt Honeywell Aerospace MBSE processes and best practices
- Provide technical guidance, training and support to A&TS group for the use of Cameo and other MBSE tools
- Develop and enable Digital Thread integrations use cases to for A&TS group, between Cameo and other key Digital Engineering Tools (DOORS NG, Teamcenter)
- Lead A&TS MBSE pilot projects and proposal responses
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of Aerospace systems, control development or hardware / software experience
- Strong knowledge of MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, IBM Rhapsody, etc.) and methodologies (e.g., SysML)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in training and mentoring team members on MBSE principles and tools
- Able to learn quickly and work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
