Sr Admissions Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Taking inquiry calls from potential students
• Returning web inquiries and calls promptly
• Making outbound phone calls to potential students
• Scheduling and conducting student interviews
• Providing basic information and routine advice to students
• Mentoring and advising students to help them identify their unique skills and interests
• Addressing easily-resolved inquiries, questions, concerns or issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years as an Admissions/Enrollment Representative or 5 years in a similar position
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours
