Sr. Administrative Support Staff - Fremont Insurance

Position Summary

Aid management and department with various support functions such as processing tasks, information gathering, problem identification, and resolution. Utilize computer systems for input, audits, reconciliation, following scripts, generating reports, etc. Handle essential back office business functions including printing, preparing mail, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify trends, potential fraudulent activity, staff errors, and follow up with management to correct issues.
  • Assist management/staff in developing and implementing new procedures.
  • Notify customers regarding reimbursement approval/denial status.
  • Review/Process contractor ERS payments for ACG, including appointment and termination tracking, driver background certifications, direct deposit setup, etc.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 30, 40, or 50 correct wpm typing (to be determined by department)
  • Experience analyzing, researching, and resolving complex administrative problems
  • Operating a calculator, performing mathematical calculations, maintaining accurate records, using PC software applications (Word, Excel, etc.), writing correspondence, and preparing reports

Compensation & Benefits Overview

ACG complies with all applicable state and local laws regarding required benefits (including PTO, paid sick leave, etc.). Compensation ranges from $17-$18 per hour.
