About the role
The Sr. Credit Associate within the Audit team of Portfolio Management is responsible for supporting dealer customers through audit scheduling, vendor relationships, audit creation, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the Ally commercial auditors' schedule for the Northeast RBC, considering safe travel distances.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors to provide additional audit resources.
- Issue floorplan and SVA audits to auditors and manually create necessary audits, including takeout audits.
- Ensure all necessary audits are completed monthly and prepare and route daily/weekly/monthly audit reports, as well as ad hoc reporting requests.
- Follow up for Open Cash as needed and supervise and respond to incoming email requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Be vigilant about recommending changes to the scheduling process to improve efficiency and limit changes when possible.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of work experience.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong understanding of automotive / RV dealership wholesale / retail / loan administration (a plus).
Qualifications

Pay
Base Pay Range: $56160 - $75712 USD.
Schedule
Roles are designated as fully on-site, hybrid, or fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager.
