Sr Accounts Payable Consultant

About the role

Join a rapidly growing, multi-entity organization that is transforming its finance operations through automation and scalable processes. The company is seeking an interim Senior Accounts Payable Consultant to provide immediate leadership and keep critical payment operations running smoothly during a temporary leave of absence.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the day-to-day Accounts Payable process
• Support an automated bill pay workflow
• Cross-functional coordination with multiple business units
• Ensure the successful continuation of the company's Accounts Payable transformation

Requirements

• Extensive Accounts Payable experience in a multi-entity environment
• Experience with Ramp AP/Bill Pay preferred; similar AP automation platforms will also be considered
• Strong knowledge of AP controls, invoice workflows, vendor management, and payment processing
• The ability to work independently, solve problems, and make an immediate impact with minimal training
• Construction, contracting, or job-cost accounting experience is a plus
