Our client, a well-established public biotech company in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Senior Accountant to support compliance and SEC reporting.

About the role

The Senior Accountant will report to the Manager of SEC Reporting and assist with SEC compliance and financial reporting for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support SEC reporting and compliance activities
  • Assist with financial statement preparation and filings

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4+ years of experience in top-tier public accounting
  • Public company experience
  • CPA or CPA in progress
