Responsibilities
- Prepare and record month-end journal entries to support accurate and timely financial close.
- Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts monthly to ensure SOX compliance and financial accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items by partnering with internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain schedules supporting ticketing revenue deferral to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Prepare reports and journal entries related to ticket sales and revenue recognition processes.
- Maintain amortization and accrual schedules to support financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare accruals for fulfillment-related activities to ensure completeness of financial records.
- Support internal and external audits, including quarterly and annual SOX, financial, and sales tax audits.
- Assist in preparing ad hoc financial analyses and schedules for internal management reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and ensure data integrity.
