Responsibilities

• Manage key aspects of the monthly close process
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Perform account and bank reconciliations
• Aid with financial statement preparation and analysis
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure financial accuracy
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
• Contribute to special projects and evolving business initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong experience with:
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Journal Entries
• General Ledger Accounting
• Account and Bank Reconciliations
• Financial Statement Preparation
• Month-End Close

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 + benefits
