Sr Accountant

IDR is seeking a Senior Accountant to join one of our top clients in Fort Worth, TX. This role is a key contributor within the U.S. Accounting & Reporting team and will play a critical role in the successful integration of the Alastin business into the Oracle ERP environment.

About the role

The Senior Accountant is responsible for leading financial master data cleansing, validation, and mapping activities including General Ledger accounts, cost centers, strategic customers, and building appropriate reporting to ensure a seamless transition into Oracle with no disruption to business operations at go-live.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Accounting role within pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or public multinational environments
• 3+ years of experience gathering data and implementing/leading business requirements (Business Analyst background)
• Solid understanding of IFRS and U.S. GAAP, with the ability to research and apply accounting guidance to moderately complex transactions
• Strong ERP system knowledge (Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
• Certified CPA is preferred
