The Wellsville Group is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team. Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Manage intercompany accounting and consolidations across multiple entities
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Support internal and external audits
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and drive efficiencies
• Collaborate with leaders throughout the organization to support informed business decisions

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting experience is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience with multi-entity accounting (helpful but not required if strong fundamentals are demonstrated)

Qualifications

• CPA – Certified Public Accountant
• CISA – Certified Information System Auditor
