About the role

A growing, PE-backed global organization with a finance function supporting operations across the Americas and a broader international footprint. The lean accounting team manages significant workloads across general ledger, accounts payable, banking, reconciliations, and month-end close. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Americas Finance, with exposure to the Controller and broader finance leadership. It is a hands‑on environment where team members work across responsibilities rather than narrow silos, and the finance organization is moving away from highly manual processes toward scalable, standardized workflow
