Sr. Account Manager

Purpose of the Job

The Senior Account Manager will work alongside the Group Account Director to ensure solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets. This individual also needs to be a strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the account while managing the tactical components of running the daily business. Balance daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans.

• Media and discipline neutral, the Senior Account Manager proactively finds opportunity by looking for the best way of maximizing delivery for the brand and driving this opportunity with our Clients.
• Working with internal studio and strategic suppliers to deliver the best solutions.
• The Senior Account Manager will have the ability to influence client thinking to produce outstanding results.
• Attending WIPs and meetings and taking / influencing key briefs from clients showing a clear understanding of requirements and cascade to local teams globally.
• Deliver excellent service to client with a professional 'can do' attitude at all times.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key contacts.
• Providing technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high-quality standards
