Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with large, complex organizations
- Understand customer needs by identifying key stakeholders
- Continuously learn about the company technology and its industry impact
- Deliver results by managing sales processes to meet revenue goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales or relevant consulting experience
- Experience managing the sales cycle and building partnerships
- Strong financial and business acumen for strategy development
- Advanced knowledge of the AEC consultancy landscape and technology trends
- Understanding of GIS and the company technology as it relates to AEC
- Excellent visual storytelling and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with industry budgeting and procurement cycles
- Willingness to travel 25-50% domestic or international
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field

$114,400 – $218,400 annually
