About the role

The AWS Healthcare Technology team partners with companies transforming healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. Our mission is to accelerate innovation by empowering digital health transformation with cloud infrastructure and AI/ML capabilities. Work at the intersection of leading technology and meaningful impact - helping telehealth platforms, clinical AI companies, and healthcare data innovators solve pressing challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain broad relationships, develop and manage opportunities, and facilitate a large team of extended resources.
  • Sell at the most strategic (C-level) within the account and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
  • Collaborate with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests, and strongly advocate for the customer in harmony with what the AWS business needs.
  • Facilitate new service adoption and new line of business development, and have dotted line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
  • Experience with AWS and technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
  • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects for global customers
  • Experience in cross functional selling (architect, sales engineer, professional services, partner, and ISV)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
  • 7+ years of technology-related sales, marketing or business development experience

Skills

  • Experience creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role or equivalent experience
