Alexa Freight is a rapidly expanding startup, leveraging Amazon's extensive transportation infrastructure. The Senior Account Executive role focuses on managing key relationships with major customers, driving new business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the role
The Senior Account Executive will oversee critical relationships with Amazon Freight's largest clients, working closely with senior executives to identify and implement innovative solutions. This role requires a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Own the primary commercial relationship with Customer's executive decision-makers.
- Build and manage healthy engagements to enable profitable business growth.
- Define the account growth plan, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and execute the plan to meet business objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities and develop business plans to achieve goals.
- Partner with operations leaders to define scalable operating plans for the accounts in your portfolio, focusing on achieving target financial outcomes.
- Prioritize and effectively communicate asks of partner teams to unlock new business opportunities and growth across your portfolio.
- Manage opportunity pipeline and monitor the health of the account, including conducting regular KPI reviews, revenue quality monitoring, identifying additional opportunities, reviewing contracts and terms to ensure adherence.
- Be a trusted partner to Shipper/3PL/Broker/Managed Transportation customer segments, helping customers and internal stakeholders maximize targeted business outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
