Sr. Account Executive - Aviation Finance

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate new aviation finance opportunities through various outreach methods
• Build relationships with key aviation industry players
• Structure and close diverse aircraft financing transactions with team support
• Manage client relationships throughout the financing process
• Collaborate with credit and leadership teams to finalize transactions
• Stay updated on aviation market trends and aircraft values

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Aviation Management, or related field
• 5+ years of aviation experience in brokering, lending, or leasing
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing aviation financing transactions
• Strong network within the aviation industry
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft and market trends
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
