About the role

We’re seeking a dynamic thinker who understands the value of creative to move the needle for clients. Someone who knows that great work is born from great strategy. An inspiring leader with equal parts logic and magic who can hold their own with a CD and CMO. A relationship builder gifted and experienced in the art of subtle persuasion. Someone with agency experience who can come in swinging for the fences.

Requirements

• 5+ years agency experience
• Comfortable owning client relationships with support from leadership
• Good listening and distillation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to articulate ideas well, be resourceful and persistent with teams
• Strong understanding of where strategy and creative intersect
• Commitment to high quality work and building positive relationships with all
• Tapped into industry news/trends, proactively thinking on behalf of clients and internal teams alike
• Accountability for financial success of managed clients
