About the role

The Sr. Account Executive will drive sales within a specific region, focusing on building relationships and expanding market presence. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, managing Bluberi game performance, and presenting tailored solutions. The role requires experience in developing new business opportunities, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and overcoming challenges in a competitive sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the central region.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of Bluberi products and industry insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular updates to management.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and support sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Sports, or Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years of direct gaming experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools (Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce).
  • Must reside within the Chicago area, Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana.
  • Travel: 3 to 4 days per week with frequent overnight stays.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce or another CRM toolset.
  • Experience working with large-scale gaming companies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of closing large, long sales cycles.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
