Sr. Account Executive , Amazon Leo
About the role
Amazon Leo is launching a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites to provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive adoption of our services with North American enterprise customers across various verticals such as Energy, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage complex deals with multiple key accounts
- Manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional customers, delivering outcomes with cross-organizational impact
- Execute and define sales strategies that complement product strategy with limited oversight from others
- Implement and develop strategy for getting and delivering customer feedback
- Serve as a partner or thought leader for other sales teams on opportunities to contribute to the company
- Contribute to strategic documents including regional and vertical GTM and account plans
- Own reporting on forecasting and planning the business impact of each opportunity, focusing on actuals vs. plan targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management, preferably in telecommunications, satellite, connectivity, or technology sectors
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with deal sizes of $1M+
- Experience managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in telecommunications, satellite communications, ISP, or related industries

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location:
- Austin, TX: $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually
- Arlington, VA: $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually
- BELLEVUE, WA: $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually
