Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients
  • Conduct cold calls and maintain client visit records
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Mentor and train junior staff members
  • Gather competitive market data and trends
  • Cook up with medical communications teams post-sale

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development
  • Direct sales experience in the CRO space is required
  • Experience in selling medical communications services is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments
  • Proven track record of building business relationships
  • Proficiency in sales automation systems and Microsoft Office
