Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client proposals and presentations
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients
- Conduct cold calls and maintain client visit records
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns
- Mentor and train junior staff members
- Gather competitive market data and trends
- Cook up with medical communications teams post-sale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development
- Direct sales experience in the CRO space is required
- Experience in selling medical communications services is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments
- Proven track record of building business relationships
- Proficiency in sales automation systems and Microsoft Office
