SQL Technical Support Rep

About the role

The Jack Henry Financial Crimes Solutions team is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a Senior Technical Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This role provides ongoing support for clients using our advanced fraud prevention and compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily extract, transform, and data load processes for clients
• Resolves issues promptly to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Provides troubleshooting and issue resolution via case or phone according to service level standards
• Collaborates with internal Jack Henry partners and customers to resolve issues
• Adheres to documented departmental and corporate standards
• Might perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in a technical support role
• 4 years of experience writing queries for research in SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• 2 years of experience with Azure including Azure Data Factory or SQL Server Integration Services or other similar cloud technologies
• Experience researching, analyzing, and resolving complex problems
• Excellent communication, customer interaction, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to serve in an after-hours on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Experience working in fraud or AML compliance within a financial institution
• Experience working with bank or financial data and data relationships
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• Experience with network troubleshooting

Schedule

This is a remote position with flexible hours. Candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Birmingham, AL; Charlotte, NC; Louisville, KY; or Cedar Falls, IA.
