About the Role
The Customer Service Representative role is located at our New Hudson Flushmate facility and reports to the Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Representative is the primary source to provide timely and accurate solutions on requests from internal and external customers. This position collaborates with other members of the Customer Service Team ensuring customer expectations are met.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls and emails from customers in a timely manner with accurate information (via phone or email). This includes inquiries of product troubleshooting, warranty support shipments, order status and returns. All pertinent notes logged in Customer Service database.
- Accurately enters and reviews customer accounts and shipments and provides customers with any feedback relating to product information.
- Report and record findings from customers, to our internal departments such as Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing in regard to product issues, information and installations.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Actively identifies problems and opportunities for change and implements solutions where appropriate.
- Actively seeks information to understand customers' circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs.
- Demonstrates clear, professional, and respectful verbal and written communication in all interactions, consistent with an inclusive work environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
- Proficient level experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong problem solving and detail orientated.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ Years Customer Service experience
- Plumbing industry experience.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP.
