About the role
The SQL Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and other tools to identify trends and patterns.
- Create and maintain SQL scripts and database queries to extract, transform, and load data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain RDBMS databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in SQL and RDBMS databases.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL programming.
- Experience with SQL scripts and database management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of data modeling and normalization techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
