Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions
- Lead complex integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Define coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce platforms
- Support delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP)
- Enterprise architecture and technical leadership experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps for Salesforce
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- Salesforce certifications (Architect / Platform Developer)
