Sprinkler Superintendent

Our client, a global leader in building technologies, fire protection, and smart infrastructure, is seeking a Sprinkler Superintendent in Owings Mills, MD.

About the role

Lead teams of sprinkler fitters and apprentices on commercial construction projects. Coordinate installation activities with General Contractors and project stakeholders. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BIM models. Track project schedules, material usage, change orders, RFIs, and daily logs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, Siemens, and NFPA safety and installation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of sprinkler fitters and apprentices on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate installation activities with General Contractors and project stakeholders
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BIM models
• Track project schedules, material usage, change orders, RFIs, and daily logs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Siemens, and NFPA safety and installation standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of fire sprinkler installation and repair experience
• Experience supervising sprinkler fitters and field installation crews
• Strong knowledge of NFPA fire protection codes and standards
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage project documentation
• Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
