Responsibilities

• Receive service calls from Service Resource Center, including a brief description of equipment/system malfunctions.
• Contact customer representatives and ascertain equipment/systems problems.
• Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial and residential applications. These include but are not limited to wet (steel, copper, and CPVC
