Responsibilities

• Guest Service Superstar: Bring warm vibes and top-tier service to make guests feel at home, handling questions and requests to create unforgettable stays.
• Communication Champ: Clearly and confidently convey messages to guests and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Quick-Thinking Problem Solver: Address challenges promptly, turning potential issues into positive outcomes.
• Multitasking Marvel: Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details with precision and organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
