Breakfast Attendant role at Springhill Suites by Marriott in the Carolinas, focused on delivering a memorable guest experience through a well-prepared complimentary breakfast bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast bar setup, ensuring cleanliness and working condition of all serving equipment.
• Prepare daily food selection of hot and cold breakfast items.
• Ensure all food, beverage items, and displays comply with brand standards.
• Welcome guests and monitor the dining area during meal periods to ensure adequate food and supplies, replenishing as needed.
• Manage inventory of food and supplies, complete prep and waste logs.
• Create fun and lasting memories for guests while upholding core values of Integrity, Courtesy, and Inclusiveness.

Requirements

• Previous hotel or food service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a kitchen environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others and supporting guest and team member needs.
• Good judgment and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
