Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan and coordinate experiential programming.
- Complete documentation or treatment according to Rogers policy.
- Evaluate, plan and coordinate experiential programming.
- Establish a therapeutic rapport with patient/resident groups, while maintaining appropriate, professional relationships.
Education/Training Requirements
- Enrolled or recently graduated from a BS/BA degree program, preferably in art, music, dance, recreation, or other therapies required.
- Successful completion of all Rogers onboarding training coursework is required prior to start.
- Formal training in the management of the aggressive patient (NCI) is required within sixty (60) days of date of placement.
- Anthorized annual re-certification is required and will be provided.
- Successful completion of pre-placement background checks through the Rogers system are required.
- Successful occupational health clearance from your provider is required.

- Per program description and in partnership with your university, this internship may include duties of cognitive behavioral therapies in addition to social services.
