Spring 2027 Management Trainee Internship

About the role

This paid internship offers university/college students real-world professional experience to build valuable business and leadership skills. As an Enterprise Management Intern, you’ll take on the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The role is based at one of our Spartanburg, SC locations and pays $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, create marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in daily tasks filled with new, exciting, and rewarding opportunities, similar to those of Management Trainees.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Current college/university student graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in May 2027.
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be available to start on February 2nd, 2027.
• Must commit to working 25 hours per week for 10-12 weeks.

Pay

$18 per hour.

Schedule

25 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment, starting February 2nd, 2027.
