Summer 2027 Management Trainee Internship

About the role

This paid summer internship offers real-world professional experience to build valuable business and leadership skills. As an Enterprise Management Intern, you’ll take on the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The internship is located in the Spartanburg, SC area and pays $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, create marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
• Engage in daily hands-on tasks with new, exciting, and rewarding opportunities.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Current college/university student graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree between August/December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have at least 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be available to start on May 25, 2027, and commit to working 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks.

Pay

$18 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours per week) for a 10-12 week commitment, starting May 25, 2027.
