Spring 2027 Intern - Demo Consultant

About the role

The Solution Consulting Intern supports the Solution Consulting team by contributing to software demonstration projects and helping translate complex technical scenarios into clear, customer-focused stories. This role provides hands-on experience working cross-functionally to showcase product capabilities, enhance customer understanding, and support pre-sales and onboarding activities. The internship is primarily remote; if you are near an office hub you may work hybrid. Minimal travel is required and reliable internet access is needed for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical scenarios into clear, compelling stories for a broader audience
• Assist in the creation and execution of software demonstrations showing different use-cases and contexts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand capabilities, impacts, and customer journey
• Support the Sales team as needed
• Assist Client Services and Customer Success teams to provide support for customer onboarding as needed

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a degree seeking program, preferably in Technology, Engineering, MIS, Finance, Accounting or a related field of study.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to SaaS and/or Cloud-based financial solutions and ecosystems
• Exposure to or experience in accounting and finance platforms (budgeting and planning, general ledger, FP&A, financial modeling, financial close)
• Exposure to or experience in data management platforms (data warehousing, data integration/APIs, structured data/SQL)
• Understanding of software development, software architecture, systems design, and networking helpful
• Experience creating presentations helpful
• Experience conducting software demonstrations helpful
