Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain quality by monitoring and inspecting products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Conduct visual and measured inspections to control defects.
• Perform paint tests to ensure metal diffusers are painted flawlessly as they pass through the conveyor system.
• Change filters on paint booths as required.
• Maintain washers and chemicals during the cleaning process.
• Work safely in confined spaces when necessary.
• Willing to work overtime, including Saturdays, to maintain equipment and production schedules.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Basic knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
• Ability to operate and maintain painting equipment.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and adhering to safety protocols.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting.
