About the role

Supporting the Transportation & Logistics team as a Spotter in the packaging industry.

Responsibilities

• Safely move trailers and containers in and out of docks and yard positions.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely staging and trailer placement.
• Maintain efficient yard flow and accurate yard records.
• Perform basic equipment checks.
• Follow strict safety and DOT guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of yard operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
