Spotter

Responsibilities

• Moving empty trailers from the trailer staging area to the loading docks and back to the loaded trailer area.
• Inspecting trailers for safety and cleanliness.
• Organizing loads to insure no service failures to the customer.
• Maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Cleaning truck dock and truck yard when time allows.
• Performing other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Over age 21 with six (6) months driving experience after graduating from driving school or one year over the road.
• Requires a Class A CDL and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Dependable, safety conscious, consistent on-time performance, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and must be able to pass a drug test.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Rate: $25.14/hour.

Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages – medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages. Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
