Spot Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Spot Welder to join our production team. This position involves a primary emphasis on spot welding, as well as working in assembly and various production tasks to ensure efficient workflow and product quality. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards
• Operate basic hand tools and production machinery
• Perform material handling, sorting, packing, and labeling tasks
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Absorb other production tasks as needed

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods as well as some lifting
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required
• Previous experience in spot welding preferred but not required
