About the role
The Sportsbook Ticket Writer is the face of our retail operation. By providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and “novice bettors”, they will ensure everyone is made to feel welcome at our sports book(s).
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Help advise and answer customer questions about our menu of sports betting options.
- Ensure customers are making informed, responsible decisions with their sports wagers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of sports betting options.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
