Sports Referee/Official (Volleyball)

Status: Part-time, temporary position working up to 19 hours per week.

Pay

$15.00/hour

Schedule

Season runs September 28th–November 16th. Games are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5pm–9pm.

Responsibilities

• Enforce rules of the game.
• Observe and enforce all safety rules.
• Issue and control equipment and supplies.
• Inspect program areas and equipment, recommending maintenance and repair.
• Adhere to Kroc Center operations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Previous referee experience with various sports and age groups preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• A proactive and responsible approach to handling tasks.
• Weekend and evening availability required to cater to volleyball schedules.
