Sports Marketing & Operations Associate - New York Red Bulls (MLS) & Gotham FC (NWSL)

About the role

Momento is a sports fan experience service that captures the rollercoaster ride of every moment from every game, providing fans with a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake. Additionally, Momento helps teams and brands connect with their audience on a deeper level through unique analytics and insights. This position offers a motivated individual hands-on experience with a dynamic sports technology company, assisting in our activation with the New York Red Bulls (MLS) and Gotham FC (NWSL). Applicants must live in the greater Newark/New York area.

Responsibilities

• Support Momento with all on-site clients in the Newark/New York market
• Assist with the implementation of Momento Snaps
• Help with the installation and general upkeep of camera technology at our venues
• Maintain a general understanding of Momento technology to assist with client needs
• Operate Momento systems for clients as needed
• Assist with marketing strategies, social media, brainstorming, and problem-solving for all Momento clients
• Interact with fans every game to sell products and gather valuable feedback
• Serve as the main point of contact for metropolitan Newark/New York clients for any on-site needs
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at a Newark-area college or university
• Holiday & weekend availability through November 2026 required
• Ability to commute to and from Sports Illustrated Stadium from June 2026 to November 2026
• Strong desire to pursue a career in sports
• Previous experience working in sports
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Effective and professional communication skills when interacting with professional staff

Pay

• $100 per match

Schedule

• 5-10 hours per week
• Evenings and weekends as necessary
