Sports Operations

Aid with game reports, customer service inquiries, scheduling, and data entry. Assist with league audits and evaluations. Offer administrative and clerical support for all departments. Conduct sales calls to team captains regarding upcoming events and registration deadlines. Manage inventory and upkeep of sports equipment and shirts. Perform facility and field maintenance as needed, suggesting venue improvements. Prepare for league days, including setting up and supervising fields and bar setups. Use the host app to check in players as needed. Execute fundraising activities to support kids' programs. Ensure players feel welcomed and engaged.
