Sports Management Internship

About the role

Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate intern to serve children ages 2-8. This is a fun and relevant internship for those interested in coaching and learning about the sports world.

Responsibilities

• Serve as energetic coaches for children aged 2 to 8 years old.
• Engage in management shadowing and leadership development.
• Build local engagement through the power of sports.
• Develop quality social media content.
• Bring “Soccer Island” alive to kids with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum.
• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and teachers.

Qualifications

• No prior sports/coaching experience required.
• Genuine passion for children and sports.
• Energetic, engaging, and responsible.
• Safety conscious.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma.

Schedule

• Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Saturdays: mornings
• In-Office: weekdays between 9 AM - 5 PM
