About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sports Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading various sports activities, ensuring participant safety, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sports programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Ensure all participants adhere to safety guidelines and rules
- Provide feedback and support to participants to help improve their skills
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to organize events and competitions
- Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition
Requirements
- A degree in Physical Education or a related field (optional)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a similar setting
- Valid first aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Strong physical fitness and athletic ability
- Knowledge of a variety of sports and games
- Experience with youth development and coaching

Pay
