About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sports Instructor to lead our sports programs. The ideal candidate will inspire participants of all ages and abilities to engage in physical activities and develop healthy lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sports programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels
• Provide instruction and guidance on various sports and fitness activities
• Encourage participation and foster a positive learning environment
• Assess participant progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure program continuity and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a similar setting
• Valid first aid certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The starting salary for this position is $40,000 per year.

Schedule

The Sports Instructor will work a flexible schedule, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend commitments based on program needs.
