Sports Instructor

About the role

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking enthusiastic Sports Instructors to lead Volleyball skills training in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment in Bentonville, AR.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality individual/group sports lessons to children and/or adults of varying abilities.
• Setup/breakdown of area before/after lessons.
• Aid in the promotion of sporting events and helping to answer member questions about classes, leagues, tournaments, etc.
• Perform other duties as needed/assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Safety Council, and American Safety & Health Institute.
• One (1) or more years sports teaching experience with children and/or adults.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ensure students/players adhere to safety guidelines and demonstrate good sportsmanship.

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $28 - $30 per 60 minute class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.

Schedule

Part-time opportunity, approximately 2 hours per week.
