SPORTS HOST (P/T - TEMPORARY) - KHNL

Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide sideline reporting and commentary for assigned live sporting events
• Host and contribute to sports-related special programming, features, and studio productions
• Aid in content planning and development for sports streaming, digital, and social media initiatives
• Support programming and content development efforts for Hawaii News Now's sports streaming platforms
• Aid in student contributor and internship development efforts as assigned
• Assist with content development, planning, and production meetings as needed
• Represent Hawaii News Now professionally at events and community appearances when requested

Qualifications/Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding of digital, streaming, and social media content strategies preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
