i9 Sports is a nationwide provider of youth sports programs. This position is part of a team-based environment that emphasizes fun and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build coaching skills and serve as a role model for athletes
• Lead online training sessions
• Supervise sport operations on game day
• Assist coaches and teams during practices and drills
• Referee games on small-sided fields to ensure player safety and rule enforcement

Requirements

• Show excellent communication skills
• Have relevant coaching experience and knowledge of the sport
• Be highly motivated and able to work independently
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to manage situations effectively
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Pass a National Criminal Background Check

Qualifications

• Age-appropriate instruction and fun-focused approach to sports
• Committed to fostering good sportsmanship both on and off the field
• Experience with today’s most popular sports including flag football, soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and lacrosse
