Sports Broadcast Monitoring Specialist

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Execute daily high quality screen recordings and digital captures of live sports events across various streaming platforms and apps
• Organize and archive recorded media assets according to internal data structures for easy access
• Research, build, and maintain accurate daily and weekly schedules of sports broadcasts across linear TV and digital streaming networks
• Stay up-to-date on where sports properties are broadcasting to ensure no events are missed
• Adapt quickly to breaking schedule changes, weather delays, or overtime events to adjust recording parameters on the fly

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in media operations, television production, digital creation, or a related sports media field
• Familiarity with screen recording software and streaming platforms
• Comfortable troubleshooting basic software and hardware issues
• A strong understanding of various sports leagues, seasons, and broadcasting landscapes is highly preferred
• Self-starter with excellent initiative and communication skills
• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products
